Our sunscreen is always reef safe, free of harsh chemicals, vegan and made in the USA. The packaging is made from 100% recycled plastics. Both the tube and cap are recyclable. This lotion is a perfect go to for the beach, lake, or a day on the trails. The sizing is under the TSA limit so it is safe to travel with.

Sea & Summit, a grassroots company with a cause!
Located in the Ventura and Carpinteria communities, Sea & Summit was developed by local Ryan Kell. Being a red headed beach lifeguard & sea kayak-guide, he states “I found the necessity to lather up with sunscreen everyday, leaving me with an uneasy feeling about the current chemical options out there. Additionally being a ginger, none of the standard sunscreen options seemed to work all that well, at least the ones I could afford.” Being a chemist, Ryan started toying with various all natural sunscreen concoctions. After a lot of work and testing, Ryan was able to bring his product to market so that everyone could have sunscreen with organic ingredients that is reef safe and has a small carbon foot print. Plus, it’s affordable!
