F-One Aluminum Foil Mast
The F-ONE aluminum foil mast can be used for all hydrofoil disciplines: kite, surf, stand up paddle, and wing foil. The profile is extruded with precision from 6063 aluminum block.
The shape of its section benefits from our years of experience in kitefoiling to provide the best gliding feel while keeping the strength up and the weight down. It comes with two stainless steel helicoil inserts at the bottom and at the top to fasten the connecting parts and is therefore fully modular.
The aluminum mast can be used on every foil of the range and it is very easy to jump from one length to another (45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 cm).
Mast only: This is just the mast section, you will need a mast to board mount and a mast to foil mount to work. The F-One Aluminum foil masts are compatible with both the F-One carbon and FCT foils.
Board Mount: A number of parts are available for board connection (Plate, KF, Deep KF, Tuttle). The Plate is the most commonly used connection system and works with all mast track systems.
Foil Mount: The Titan mast foot required to mount the mat to the F-One carbon foils while the mast mounts directly to the FCT foil fuselage without an adapter.
Length recommendations by discipline:
- 45 – 95: KITE FOIL
- 55 – 85: SURF / SUP FOIL
- 65 – 85: WING FOIL
- 75 – 85: WIND FOIL
Mast Length Recommendations: Shorter masts offer more control and are easier to recover from coming off of the foil. Longer masts are harder to balance on with the foil farther away from you, but allow for more room before the wings breach. Size down for stability and size up for speed and chop.
