Murrays Tiller Crossbar Adjustable Cap Kit installs in the end of the Hobie tiller crossbar and allows you to adjust the width of the crossbar which controls the angel of the rudders.
Hobie discontinued this part and this is a Murrays Replacement part that we have made here in California.
