Diamond wire for one side of a Hobie® 18 or 21SC is constructed with stainless fork, jib roller and left-hand threaded stud. Turnbuckle not included. Compare to Hobie Cat® #61750001.
Please note: The diamond wire will be constructed with a stud that has left hand threads. Please contact Murrays if you have an older Hobie® 18, as right hand threads may be required. The H21SC is sometimes confused with the H21SE (Special Edition). Please note that the H21SC is differentiated by its 8.5′ beam, front tramp and Hobie® 18 rig.
The change to the left handed thread happened some time in the early 80’s. If you are in question you can get the complete diamond wire assembly with the turnbuckle and that will work on all generations of Hobie 18.
